A Message from Studio 860

 

We hope this message finds everyone healthy and well. We are looking forward to our reopening for the 20/21 season on August 31st.

 

COVID - 19 - Our Response and New Procedures 

 

Social Distancing: We will be utilizing both our new outdoor dance space and indoor dance studio with garage doors open for easy flow of air.  The lobby/waiting area will be closed and only open for staff and student entrance only. Our front desk area will be available for the signing of digital waiver forms, contactless payments, and questions. Upon entering or participating in class activities dancers will be required to sanitize hands ● Dancers should remain in their social distancing dance area during the duration of class ●  ● Masks will be required for classes/team rehearsals where the proper 6 foot of social distance can not be maintained ● students will be required to have a temperature check before entering any indoor class(es) to ensure the safety of both staff and students. ● Class activities like partnering, hand-holding, and certain use of equipment will be temporarily suspended to ensure social distancing ● All classes will have a class limit of 10 - 15 students (first come, first serve - reserve your spot asap)  ● Students and parents are required to wait/observe classes from the parking lot area. A staff member will be present to direct students into the proper workshop/class space and for student attendance. (WEATHER PERMITTED) There will be chairs placed outside for you to sit and observe your child but you also have the option to bring your own chair or stay in your vehicle. ● Lastly, if you, your dancer, and anyone in your family is experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 PLEASE REMAIN AT HOME!!

Virtual classes will be set up for distance learning, in the event of studio shutdown, and other events that may arise. 

 

Sanitation: All surfaces will be wiped down between and after classes. 

*Each evening following classes the entire studio will be treated with UV sanitizers. This will help ensure the cleansing of all surfaces and air within the studio.

 

All students should bring:

Mask, Water, Sanitizer, Towel
