Krump with Russell Ferguson

Russell Ferguson is a well known entertainer who grew up in the city of Boston, Massachusetts. Russell first got his start in dance at just the age of 6 years old at a local dance studio called, BOSTON city Lights performing arts center. In high school, Russell trained at the Boston Arts Academy where he mastered all of the traditional foundation dance styles such as, ballet, modern, contemporary, jazz & tap. Although he was formally trained in the arts, Russell has been consistent in the street dance life since childhood and being well rounded in many hip hop and various street styles. He then created his own dance crew/company called Side Street dancers. In 2009, Russell went on to win the FOX hit TV show "So You Think You Can Dance" season 6.
